Our Rehabilitation Process..

INJURY ASSESSMENT / TREATMENT

This stage is where we aim to identify the severity of the injury & any surrounding problematic areas.

Once we've concluded our findings, we then offer the recommended treatment & create your rehabilitation plan ready to start the same day!

How long will I be out injured for?

Our initial injury assessment allows us to identify the severity of the injury, discuss this with you then begin the rehab strategy ASAP.

How will you know if I'm stronger?

Our VALD strength/movement analysis device assesses physical strength in Newtons in which we monitor every 2-3 weeks

I've been asked to play (during the rehab program), do you think I can?

The goal of the rehab program is to get you back on the pitch as soon & safe as possible, but most importantly to improve your performance. We understand it can be difficult to resist playing during you're rehab, but to ensure a speedy return; follow your treatment plan!

How often should I complete the exercises through the week?

Our injury rehab platform (Movehealth) has all your rehab information on your such as, exercise frequency, sets, reps with videos to ensure technique is met. This is updated weekly following progress.
